This Fulfillment Policy explains how Versatile Athletics ("we," "us," "our") delivers what you purchase and how refunds are handled. Payments are processed by Stripe.

What You're Buying

Versatile Athletics sells digital coaching products and services, including our mechanical breakdown offer and our individualized velocity coaching programs. These are digital and service-based products. No physical goods are shipped.

How and When You Receive It

• Digital products (such as the mechanical breakdown): access is delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout, immediately or within a few minutes of a successful payment. If you don't receive access, check your spam folder and then contact us.
• Coaching programs: after purchase we reach out to schedule your onboarding and assessment, and your program is delivered through our coaching app and ongoing communication with your coach, as described in your program agreement.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, purchases are generally final. Any refund terms specific to a coaching program are stated at the point of purchase or in your program agreement, and those terms control. If you believe you were charged in error or did not receive access to what you purchased, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will make it right.

Billing and Recurring Payments

If a program is billed on a payment plan or subscription, the schedule and amounts are shown at checkout and in your agreement. You can cancel future billing as described in that agreement by contacting us.

Performance figures and testimonials reflect the experiences of specific athletes and are not a promise or guarantee of your results. See our Terms of Service for details.
