You've Done Everything Right. Your Velocity Still Hasn't Moved.

You're not broken. You're training against how your body actually wants to move. We assess your nervous system's natural movement patterns and build a program around them, not someone else's template.

Is this for you?

This is for you if

  • ✓You're throwing in the mid-80s to low-90s and you know you can throw harder
  • ✓You've already invested in a coach, program, or system and you're still stuck or regressing
  • ✓You've gained strength in the gym but it hasn't transferred to the mound
  • ✓You've been told to copy someone else's mechanics and it felt wrong for your body
  • ✓You're willing to send video and follow a structured plan with daily feedback

This is not for you if

  • ✗You're just starting out and have never trained seriously before
  • ✗You're looking for a quick fix or a magic drill
  • ✗You're not willing to send video of your throwing for feedback
  • ✗You want a generic spreadsheet program with no real coaching
  • ✗You don't communicate or follow directions well

If you're in the first group, what's below will show you exactly why you're stuck and how we fix it.

Above average results

Seed

84→91mph

Trained with MLB coaches and top gurus for two years and stayed stuck at 84. The problem was never strength, it was connection. We linked his lower and upper half and the velocity followed.

Colton

88→94mph · D3 to D1 transfer

Doing lifts that never targeted his actual inefficiencies. Got clarity on his positions, jumped to 94, became a starter, posted a sub-3 ERA, and transferred to D1.

Logan

90→94mph · improved command

6'5 athlete being forced into a back-leg position that caused command issues. We gave him cues that matched how his body wants to move. Velocity went up and his command got better.

Average results

Trey

85→90mph · in season

Stuck at 85 and grinding through the season, when most guys are just trying to survive it. We found what his body actually needed and he added real velocity mid-season.

Lucas

85→90mph

Changed how he thought about his mechanics and it clicked. Once he stopped forcing positions that didn't fit his body, he went from 85 to 90.

Results tracked across all 200+ athletes. Not cherry-picked.

What it actually costs to stay stuck

Every semester you spend at 85 mph instead of 90 is a semester where no coach is calling.

A D1 scholarship is worth $150,000 to $250,000 over four years. A transfer to a better program can change the trajectory of your entire career. But the phone doesn't ring if the fastball doesn't hit the number.

The pitchers throwing 90 to 92 right now are getting calls from college coaches and scouts. You might actually be a better pitcher than them. But if your velocity doesn't match, you're invisible.

Every week you spend training against your body is a week you're burning a window that doesn't reopen. The cost of waiting isn't zero. It's potentially the difference between playing at the level you're capable of and watching someone else take your spot.

Stay at 85 mph

You walk into the locker room and the guy next to you is throwing 91. He's not better than you. You know it. His mechanics are a mess. But his fastball hits the number and yours doesn't. So the coach gives him the Friday night start. The scout writes his name down. The phone rings for him and not for you. And every semester you spend at 85 is another semester where that keeps happening. The window doesn't stay open forever. It closes quietly, and one day you realize it already did.

Break through to 90+

You're on the mound and the radar gun flashes 91. Your coach sees it. The scout in the third row writes it down. The phone starts ringing because your fastball finally matches the pitcher you already are. A scholarship offer shows up. A transfer to a better program becomes real. The trajectory of your entire career shifts because you stopped training against your body and started training with it. That's not a dream scenario. That's what happens when the number moves.

What you're actually buying

This isn't a PDF program. This isn't a spreadsheet. Here's what the experience looks like.

The Assessment

We assess how your nervous system naturally organizes movement. Not just "are you mobile enough" but how your body prefers to move: flexion-dominant or extension-dominant, connected or disconnected. We find what no other coach ever looked at.

The Program

Every drill, every lift, every progression is built around your movement tendencies, delivered in the app with your throwing calendar, arm care, and drills. Not a template. Not what worked for some MLB guy. What works for your body.

The Feedback Loop

You send a clip of your throwing. We send back a video breakdown the same day: what we see, what to adjust, what's working. So you're never stuck between bullpens guessing.

Questions you probably have
How does remote coaching actually work?
Everything runs through our app and Discord. You get your workouts, throwing calendar, arm care routines, and drills in the app. You send throwing videos through Discord. We send back Loom video breakdowns with corrections, usually same day. You're not handed a spreadsheet and left alone. You're coached daily.
How much time do I need to commit per week?
Plan for 4 to 5 days of training per week: lifting, throwing, arm care, and mobility. Sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes. We build the schedule around your report dates, season, and showcase timeline so it fits your life, not the other way around.
How fast will I see results?
This is not a get-results-quick program. We work with our athletes year round. That said, our average athlete throwing 80 to 84 gains 5 mph in about 2.9 months, athletes throwing 85 to 89 gain 4.2 mph in about 3.2 months, and athletes throwing 90 and up gain an average of 2 mph in about 3 months. Some gain faster, some slower. It comes down to how consistent you are with sending video and following the plan.
What happens if it doesn't work for me?
If you're not getting results, we re-evaluate and pinpoint the specific missing piece. If we feel we're not the right ones to help you, we'll tell you that exactly and point you toward where you can still get help. Keep in mind, 94% of our athletes gain velocity. The 6% who don't usually weren't consistent with sending video or following the program.
How is this different from coaches I've already had?
A few things. First, direction every single day. With an in-person coach you get 30 to 60 minutes a week, then five or six days on your own usually reinforcing the same patterns that got you stuck. The athletes at the top have a plan every day, and that's what the remote side gives you: open the app, know exactly what to do, no guessing. Second, our assessment goes deeper than the biomechanic or naked-eye assessments most programs run. We look at your skeletal system, your muscular system, and how your central nervous system actually processes movement, and we treat the body as one connected unit so what you build in the gym transfers to the mound. Third, and this is the big one, we build everything around how your body naturally prefers to move. Most coaches hand you a way it "should" look, and when it doesn't fit you, nothing clicks. Last, real two-way communication. A lot of the bigger companies hand you a program and go quiet. You talk to us every day, we watch your video, and we adjust in real time.
When is the best time to start?
Honestly, now. We work year round, not just in-season, because the changes we make take around three months to show up as velocity. The guys who start in the off-season are the ones walking into spring already throwing harder instead of chasing it mid-season. Every month spent training the wrong pattern is a month you don't get back, and if you have a report date, a showcase, or a recruiting window, the clock is already running. The sooner we assess how your body moves, the sooner you stop guessing and start building on the right foundation.
